About
At Guardian Apothecary, our pharmacy team is led by Andrew Borukhov, PharmD, a graduate of Long Island University, Brooklyn Campus, where he earned both a Bachelor of Professional Sciences in Pharmaceutical Studies and a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
With over 10 years of experience in pharmacy, our leadership and staff bring extensive training across a wide range of healthcare settings. This includes major hospital systems such as Northwell Health – Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Mount Sinai – Beth Israel, The Brooklyn Hospital Center, and One Brooklyn Health – Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, as well as experience with Pfizer and numerous independently owned pharmacies. This diverse background, developed through collaboration with highly trained PharmD professionals, provides a strong foundation in pharmacology, prescription accuracy, and patient-centered clinical care.
We take pride in delivering safe, precise, and patient-focused pharmacy services, with an uncompromising commitment to quality. Our team is also licensed to administer immunizations, allowing us to support preventive care alongside comprehensive medication management.
